I do occasional, select, small-scale residential building, home repair and remodeling work in Central Texas, currently under the name GeoAscent Home Works. I’ve done this work off-and-on for 20 years in Central Texas, and I’m a bit of a perfectionist.
Sustainability and Resilience
While continuing this quality work for a time, I’m also transitioning to creative construction projects that faciliate community sustainability and financial resilience in these “what-the-hell-is-going-on-in-this-country” times. These would be occasional, select small-scale projects such as tiny home and camper builds, permaculture-related projects, etc.
Rate
Let me know if I can help you with any of the above. I charge $60/hr for small jobs and provide bids on more complex jobs. Free on-site visits and estimates in Llano and Travis Counties. Outside these counties, I charge travel and consultation time but credit the amount back if hired on jobs estimated at $3K or more. Area references available.
